Official Orlando Pirates merchandise can be returned within 30 days of delivery provided items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. We strive to ensure every Buccaneer is satisfied with their gear through a seamless and efficient return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization number.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all official holographic tags and labels remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to the Club

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier point or schedule a collection through our logistics partner.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the merchandise, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
